No Espaço Infantil CDM, a primeira fase da vida de um aluno é cuidada e desenvolvida de modo especial, com proposta, estrutura, educadores e demais profissionais voltados às necessidades específicas das crianças. O projeto pedagógico, uma referência nacional, baseia-se no princípio da capacitação das inteligências cognitiva e emocional, motivando as crianças a crescerem com atitude, sem esquecer o principal: elas precisam ser felizes no mundo em que vivem. A coordenação e orientação pedagógica da Educação Infantil do CDM são formadas pelos melhores profissionais do mercado. Em cada turma, atuam dois profissionais pedagógicos, que acompanham os alunos durante todo o período de aula, e os nossos pequenos ainda têm aulas especiais com professores de artes, música, inglês e educação física.
Sabemos que é fundamental respeitar o tempo de cada criança e, para isso, estabelecemos uma parceria próxima com a família, possibilitando que o aluno se sinta cada vez mais confiante e autônomo para pedir ajuda, fazer escolhas e iniciar o convívio com outras crianças.

O ingresso na escola é sempre um grande marco na vida de uma criança. Por esse motivo, o período é tratado com muito cuidado, carinho e envolvimento pela equipe pedagógica no acolhimento da criança na atividade e no espaço educativo.
E no meio desse turbilhão de novidades e emoções, as reações podem ser inesperadas em qualquer idade! É possível prever cenas de choro com receio da separação, em meio a um abraço apertado. Ou mesmo ver uma criança que permanece na escola com tranquilidade, ao contrário da família que fica com sentimentos confusos frente a essa demonstração de autonomia.
Neste contexto é importante frisarmos que a adaptação é um processo gradativo e particular para cada família e criança, e, também um momento de responsabilidades partilhadas que reforçam nosso papel e dever enquanto adultos (professores, pais, familiares). A escola tem o dever de organizar o momento de adaptação gradativa com consciência e respeito aos sentimentos envolvidos, estabelecendo uma relação afetiva de amizade, confiança e cooperação com familiares e crianças.
Durante a semana da adaptação gradativa, os horários de atendimento são diferenciados, começam com carga horária reduzida e ampliam-se dia-a-dia. Seu maior objetivo é a adaptação gradual da criança à todas as novas informações e pessoas do novo ambiente, sem sofrimento ou stress emocional.
Aos responsáveis caberá atenuar a ansiedade da criança, encarando esse momento como uma etapa natural, sem expectativas excessivas e organizando a rotina familiar de forma a transmitir segurança e tranquilidade à criança nesse momento de inserção em novos grupos sociais.
Independente da época em que a criança ingresse na Educação Infantil, a adaptação gradativa é um momento necessário e indispensável. Um período de adaptação bem construído e respeitado por todos garantirá um ano letivo muito tranquilo e produtivo para a criança, beneficiando-a em seu processo de ensino/aprendizagem.
